Entrance Exhibit: $575.00 (SOLD OUT)
Exhibit: $525.00
Not-for-Profit Exhibit: $200.00 (total of 15 available)
Additional Booth Staff: $50.00 (one-time charge for any staff above 2 included registrations)
Lunch Session: $50 per day

Move Out/Tear Down Begins

Exhibit Booth Includes: Each 10 x 10 booth will be equipped with an 8’ back wall and 3’ side dividers, a 6’ or 8’ skirted table, two (2) chairs, a wastebasket, a identification sign with booth number, and two complimentary registrations.  Lunch is not included with exhibit registration, but may be purchased during the registration process for an additional fee.
Application Denial: Event Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse rental space to any persons or company whose conduct or display of goods is, in the opinion of Event Management, incompatible with the general character and objectives of the event.
Booth Staffing: All individuals who will staff an exhibit booth must register to attend the conference.  Each booth includes two complimentary registrations.  Exhibitors may register additional booth staff members at a charge of $50.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
